I have a couple of 100% cotton t-shirts with do-not-iron symbol on its care label. The t-shirts however are wrinkled and kind of old. I just ironed them anyway this morning. Does ironing them really cause any problem? I haven't seen any yet. Thanks!
PS: the t-shirts are Gildan, Activewear, ultra cotton, heavy weight.
I always iron all cotton tees.....after awhile, they stop getting so wrinkly! It won't hurt them at all, unless they have rubber paint/appliques on them...don't iron that or you'll melt it!
I iron tshirts sometimes. If you spray them with sizing (it's like spray starch but doesn't make them stiff) they will look ironed for a longer period of time.
