If there is a cloth about 1 or 2 month old with these stains affected then which method should i use?

As I stated in an above post I got out mechanical grease stains from my husbands shirt using carbona and it had been washed and dried about 6 times since he had it with him on the road while he was working. It took a bit of scrubbing but using the Carbona for grease and other stains I got all of the grease out. If you cannot find the carbona locally you can order it online.

I just found this link so it should help you decide which to use I also use their color wizard and the colorfast sheet thingys for the washer in mixed color loads, excellent products and well worth the price.

Stain Devils

Try amazon if you have to order online and a friend of mine finds her as Joanne Fabric but not all of them carry it and I find mine at my local hardware store which I believe is an Ace Hardware. It is Paul's in Iowa City.

Shaving cream. Good old-fashioned Barbasol. It's a miracle stain remover.

Gojo or one of the similar waterless hand cleaners works well on grease stains. Rub it into the stain, and leave it for a while before washing.

Greased Lightening. It's in the aisle with all the household cleaning products.
