What are your feelings on toe cleavage? Love it? Hate it? Don't care in the slightest?
I hate it, but it seems like most flats have such short toes that there's no way to avoid it. I begrudgingly accept it for the sake of cute shoes, but if I had my way there would be no toe cleavage.
Those shoes are adorable... and I don't really care about toe cleavage. The only time I notice it is when the shoe has one of those bizarre pointed toes -- sort of like they were going for a rounded toes box like above but then felt the need to graft on a point, that doesn't really match. Instead of being a pointed toes it looks more like a toe nipple.
I think it ruins the line of the shoe. I'm not sure I would refuse to buy a pair of closed-toed shoes that didn't cover my upper toes, but it would definitely detract from the appeal of the shoes, for me.
By the grace of God, and through no merit of my own, I have short (and thankfully cute) toes, so generally speaking, toe cleavage is not an issue. But even I recall trying on some shoes recently and thinking, "What the heck is going on here? Whey is there not enough TOE in these damn shoes? What would I look like if I had freaking FINGER TOES?"
But I find it attractive. Not in a specifically sexual sense. It just kind of cute, I guess. It may depend on how attracted I am to the woman displaying it.
I don't like it. I think it looks really weird and if I am trying on a shoe with it they don't get bought!
