I "flaunt" all the time. I wear bright colors. This week I wore a bright pink dress, turquoise pants, purple pants, a leopard sweater, a chartreuse sweater......is that dressing for attention?
If you wore them all at the same time, I vote "yes."
Reading this thread title makes me want to WIGGLE WIGGLE WIGGLE WIGGLE WIGGLE, YEAH!
I'm a conventionally attractive female. However, I'm pretty modest. I don't handle men staring at me or making comments. I don't enjoy being approached at bars or hit on, so I dress conservative without being old lady-ish. Plus I want to be taken seriously for my brains. Not saying girls who dress to flaunt have no brains, I just don't like being noticed for my nice body, I've never had any craving for the attention.
As long as my boyfriend likes what he sees (after we are home alone!) that's all that matters. I enjoy looking pretty, but in a clean cut Banana Republic/JCrew fashion.

Hopefully, you didn't wear them all at the same time

No boob slippage here!
I'm with you, it's not fun to be hit on all the time, and always be looked at when you are just going about your business. I dress fashionably and my clothes fit well, my body isn't necessarily hidden, but I never show cleavage, belly, tiny skirts, or anything that screams "look at me."
At what age do you decide that you are no longer "hot" and there is no reason to flaunt?
when you are 50, does being considered HOT by those in their 70s, count?
Sure, why not, 50 can look good these days?
