It is for sure that we want to use face cleanser after a long-day's work and before going to bed, but I am not sure if it is really necessary to use it in the morning because-
(1) The face does not get dirt during the sleep, and the moisturizer that we put the night before is easily washed away with just warm water.
(2) If we use cleanser, the skin is exposed to high- pH chemical again, which is not good to the skin.

What is your experience and opinion?
No.
The vast majority of humans who have lived on this earth DID NOT use face cleanser in the morning. Thus, it can't be necessary.
How often you change your pillowcase, and if you use any hair product, leave in conditioner, etc., that might be on your pillow.
Other factors I cannot think of at the moment.
I tend to go to bed (during winter) with my electric blanket on kinda high.. we don't use the heater because it isn't THAT cold, then halfway through the night I wake up sweaty and turn it down or off. So yeah, I wash my face in the mornings. I have skin that is combination and prone to oily areas and dry areas so I use a very gentle cleanser (Cetaphil lately but man I hate the smell!). We have awful summers where even the nights are in the 90s and even the AC doesn't do a perfect job, so it's still sometimes uncomfortably warm, and again, that's why I wash my face in the morning too.
It really does depend. Since I've starting having hot flashes, some mornings I wake up just gross. Some mornings I can just rinse.
Yeah I was going to mention that as a reason why I wash my face in the mornings but I am not SURE that's what's going on and I'd like to stay in denial for a bit longer. Could be night sweats, could be the electric blanket. I'll go with the latter for now.
I wipe some eye-makeup remover over my eyes at night, and use a cleansing lotion to wash my face. In the morning, I splash my face with water, and use a little eye-makeup remover around my nose because I use Breath-Right strips at night and always end up with a little adhesive still stuck to my skin. The eye-makeup remover softens the adhesive so it wipes right off.
I can only feel ok with it if my skin has been on the dry side and I don't wear makeup. Otherwise I just feel icky.
I still feel like I need to rinse my face again in the middle of the day anyway. I don't like skipping but its a good dry skin fix in a day.
