Can't seem to upload a photo here. I bought a Susan Graver liquid knit (poly) animal print dress this summer and would like to wear it into early fall. It is a fit & flare style, sleeveless, scoop neckline, knee length. The animal print looks like a leopard frog (no kidding ) with bright peridot green, olive shades, dark brown and black--it's predominantly green. What color short or 3/4 sleeve sweater and hosery/tights would you suggest?

Since it sounds like a busy print and greens are difficult to match, you probably want to pick up the neutrals in the dress. Without seeing it I'd say black sweater/black tights or brown/brown.

Yes, here's my 2nd attempt to attach a photo of the dress (on R). The print is brighter in person.

Second this. Although I would skip the tights, and go with nude or black shoes. Or perhaps even a pair of brown boots.

I was thinking brown or black, too. A deep yellowy olive green would probably look nice having held up some of my husband's green shirts to the dress but the right shade is hard to find and deep olives aren't popular right now--besides, there's little else I'd wear olive with so brown or black would make more sense.

Yes, maybe too much color with the tights. Brown boots? Hmm...like that idea, thank you.
