Hi everyone I was told that the way I dress is too slutty and inappropriate. I just have to say that I don't have kids and I am skinny so why can't I wear short shorts with a 2 inch inseam or high waisted shorts. I also like to wear skinny jeans with tank tops, but I usually wear flat sandals. I rarely ever wear heels. In the summer I like to wear maxi dresses and shorts with tank tops, but I don't think clothes like that is inappropriate. I only dress like this on the weekends and for work I wear a uniform.

I think it depends on who told you that you dress slutty. It's easy to say dress however you wish to dress, but there are times you may be attracting people who aren't the ones you want to attract. There are plenty of ways to dress sexy without appearing slutty. It's easy to say you can do whatever you want to do, but, there can be consequences. It's easy to say consequences don't matter, but, they do. They can come back to haunt.
Well none of that sounds slutty so I'd say you're fine and that person who told you that is one of three things or a mixture of jealous, old or a prude.
If you are only wearing the short shorts on the weekends then I don't see the problem either, it's not like you are wearing them to work.
People are strange.
