I have one of those -- what's worse is I check for it every day and it's not there, and not there and not there for WEEKS.... and then one morning I wake up and it's an inch long..... how does that happen?
My sister talked me into the Bellabe -- it's a wire coil you spin over your face like threading.
The first time you do it, it's just AWFUL...because it's grabbing and pulling out every hair... but the next time in a few days, you have little regrowth so you're not pulling out every hair, and it's not that bad at all.

I do it daily -- it's fine.
Sounds interesting. Will buy one this weekend. Thanks for the tip!
I've done some electrolysis and I'm very happy with the results. I just had a few coarse hairs that drove me crazy and they're gone now. I think electrolysis for a large area could be torture...
Electroylsis worked for me; but I haven't been back in years (I went for years) and now I can see I probably need to find a good technician.
Started with the chin - not too bad - but the upper lip was sooo painful. My doctor finally prescribed me EMLA cream that I put on a few hours before going (I worked at home at the time) and that was fabulous. Couldn't feel a thing.
I'd definitely recommend it - but it is a slow process.
