I'd say her face.
If she has a soft, feminine look about her, I find it attractive.
I'm not interested in women who want to carry themselves either as men or who think they're some supermodel with tons of makeup and angular features.

I know that I am going to be poo-pooed about saying this and everyone will think I am full of s*** but the first thing that attracts me physically about a woman are her eyes and face (and maybe hair). Pretty face & smile and pretty eyes...hard to beat in my book.
