I have sleeveless on today. It's only 67 and rainy. I don't care because I recently bought some sleeveless items from the beach store and I wanted to wear them. I'm a girl and I wear sleeveless a lot. I tend to wear them year around. They are great to use under low cut tops to give a bit more coverage. For sleeveless only I stop when it goes below 60.
I'll bet you don't live in the humid, hot, south. We, male and female, go sleeveless when we want to, regardless of the little line on the thermometer.
I am from the south and really only wear sleeveless in the summer or if it's over 80 or so; if my arms were better, maybe I would wear sleeveless to semi-formal events.
I am an old-fashioned guy, I never wear sleeveless anything outside my apartment, nor shorts, and I always wear socks and never sandals, even if it's 110° outside during the summer here.
At home I often sit around without wearing any top, though, as nobody can see me, anyway

Dude, come on. Shorts are part and parcel of an American guys life. Khaki shorts help a guy get out during hot summer weekends and get some dirty and muscular work done comfortably with sufficient pocket space to store his tools.
I would fail to survive May-September without my Khakis. I am sure there are several guys out there who would feel the same way and refuse to give up their khaki shorts .

Sweet. Take an umbrella, you don't want your sexy new clothes to get wet .
Also, if you really like wearing sleeveless often, I suggest you pair it along with a vest and leggings for a cute & chic fall like look.
Honestly, I never do it outside the Gym or home unless the heat is extremely unbearable. Why are you criticizing me of doing so .
Also, when its extremely hot, I would rather avoid a heat rash than think about what other feel about the way I dress. In NJ 95+ F is very rare happens at most 3 days a year. I try to avoid going outside on such days, but would not care to change if I needed to go out very briefly.
Not criticizing YOU at all. I simply responded to the post.

I agree with this. I dolive in that humid, hot south, and you can barely avoid it. 65-70
