I really like tomorrow's outfit, a new combo for me, so it inspired this thread.

Ever since I was a kid, I have made sure to layout my clothing the night before. Blame my mom, she made me do it as a kid. It saves time in the am, and I can getup at least 15 minutes later. I also do not have to waste time in th am trying to figure out what sweater to wear etc. I typically just determine accessories in the am, but get everything else the night before.

Do you pick out you clothing the night before or in the morning?

I try to do it the night before, so the AM goes as smoothly as possible. I also blame my mom for this habit

Now that I work from home I don't really but when I was in school (even college) I always laid out my clothes. It just made me feel better having the decision made before going to bed. Some times I wouldn't work because of weather but I always did anyway. I pick outfits ahead too for things like family get-togethers or date night so I can have everything ironed and cleaned before then. I just hate to rush!

Me as well, for me my work clothes are similar to a uniform and pretty much ther's no deviation other than a work outing which may be a social event.

Since I get up at 4:30 and don't want to wake up my spouse, I have to lay out clothes the night before in order not to turn on the lights in the closet area between the bedroom and bath.

On regular days in the morning, with special days like weddings, funerals, christmas, new year, big dinner parties etc. the night before.

I don't physically put out an outfit the night before, but I do generally have a sense of what I'm going to wear based on meetings/activities, weather, the laundry situation, etc.

This is how I am. I'm on a radio for work so I have pretty much zero human interaction during my shift so I have a few solid pieces (black ankle pants, black slacks, black leggings a few sweater dresses) to mix with multi colored tank tops and cardigans. So, 90% of my outfits are derived from the same mix of staples.

I only get to see my dude on the weekends however, and will usually pick out an outfit the night before and lay it out just because I'm excited about it.
