What are ideal or attractive "broad" shoulders?

I am glad I have relatively broad shoulders in proportion to my waist which could be a little smaller lol. But please build those legs too. If not your broad shoulders will give you the ice cream cone look.

Yea, its much higher than your average British "bloke". His wife once felt the need in the newspapers to defend his high voice. Doesn't seem to have harmed his sex appeal tho.
