I prefer the look of sandals, but I often wear sneakers because they are more comfortable.

I own one pair of sneakers, one pair of Nike free runs, and like 35+ sandals, flats, heels, boots, basically i never wear tennis shoes.

At home, I am no shoes or occasionally flip flops outside only. I hate shoes.
I have literally gotten in my car, driven to my parents house (granted, they live 2 minutes away and in the same neighborhood), and hung out there never having put shoes on.

Sneakers/tennis for running or playing tennis...duh.
Boots for dress-up.

When I workout/exercise, my workout sneakers of course (jogging/fitness walking shoes by NIKE).

When I'm going out casual it's mostly sandals (some of my flip-flops got worn out too easy). I usually save the flip-flops when going to the pool to swim, the beach, or the lake.

It depends on what I'm wearing if flip-flops is matched to my outfit then I'll go for flip-flops, I consider also where I am going and what kind of occasion.

sneakers, haven't worn flip flops in ages...and sandals, im not a big sandal fan

ive seen many flip floppers that had the ugliest feet ive ever seen-toes pointing in different directions, or multi-colored toe crud,

its the equivalent of wearing rollers in your hair going shopping (older reference) - quite the fashion statement

Flip flops. I was never a sneaker type of girl. I live in a cold weather climate and I will rock some flip-flops until my toes can't take it anymore. It can be December, and if I have to run to the grocery store, to get something right quick, I'll head on over to my flip-flops before I put on a shoe. I like for my toes to be free.
