Tom Cruise
Nicole Kidman (she'll go downhill rapidly soon, I believe)
Ronn Moss (maybe easy since he arguably once was a 10)
Rick Springfield
Gavin Rossdale
Susanna Hoffs
I'll argue that Tim McGraw has lost it. Maybe due to an exercise addiction.
Yeah I dont understand what happened to Tim McGraw. I think it is due to her diet habit. Because before he was aiming toward more beefy muscular now it is more skinny.
But again I think alot of people who are too skinny for their own good can look older; those sunken eyes and sucked cheeks.

I was just talking about Tim McGraw with a woman at work the other day. She thought he might be sick. My understanding is that he gave up alcohol then went on a huge diet/exercise kick. I think he was a good looking man when he had some weight on him but looks ten years older this thin. Sticking with Country Music & famous wives- Keith Urban looks good for his age. I don't think he's necessarily attractive but if you see him in concert you can definitely see why women find him sexy.
I think Meryl Streep is pretty in her own way. And I never thought of her as that attractive when she was younger. Susan Sarandon is also pretty darned sexy & the owner of the best compliment I have ever read- Ellen Barkin basically said that Susan Sarandon deserved an award for being taken seriously as an actress when she had owned the best natural rack in Hollywood for thirty years. And I must agree- those girls are magic.
Most smoking hot middle aged duo ever goes to Mariska Hargitay and Chris Meloni.
I think Tim McGraw traded one addiction for another.
Ralph Fiennes doesn't look good. He needs more hair.
Re Marie Osmond, aside from any cosmetic procedures, it's that Mormon lifestyle and years of slight extra weight, which is good for the face.
Ralph could be completely bald and most people wouldn't care.
