What do you do with those things you no longer want to wear?

What is the oldest item (fashion of course) you have that you can't quite part with yet?

donate the ones in good shape that I just don't want, make rags of the ones in bad shape, and keep wearing the pieces I can't part with (or at least wear them with a retro twist if they are very much of-their-era pieces).

Donate, consign or sell on ebay. I've done all three.

Donate to Goodwill.

The oldest piece I have is a skirt from my grandma, I have no idea how old it is.

Or, give to the Salvation Army...they are totally non-profit, unlike Goodwill!

I have multiple items from high school, which was a long time ago. (Let's pretend I won't wear any of them.) I keep them in my closet. It's almost like having a Teddy Bear around.

Exactly...Goodwill resells the items. What kind of non-profit is that. I dropped off some older clothing at a poor neighborhood last year. I told some women to load their cars with boxes of clothes, shoes, etc. i had taped up already.
