donate the ones in good shape that I just don't want, make rags of the ones in bad shape, and keep wearing the pieces I can't part with (or at least wear them with a retro twist if they are very much of-their-era pieces).
I have multiple items from high school, which was a long time ago. (Let's pretend I won't wear any of them.) I keep them in my closet. It's almost like having a Teddy Bear around.
Or, give to the Salvation Army...they are totally non-profit, unlike Goodwill!
Exactly...Goodwill resells the items. What kind of non-profit is that. I dropped off some older clothing at a poor neighborhood last year. I told some women to load their cars with boxes of clothes, shoes, etc. i had taped up already.
