I'm not sure if you watched the correct video, but Nikita looks fantastic. Prior to the surgery, she looked like a little girl. I'm around the same size, therefore, I know first hand how it feels to go through life not looking like a fully developed woman. She was smart to get the implants.
I do however agree that under most circumstances, saline implants look very unnatural, but if one elects the tear dropped saline implants (like Nikita) the look is more natural, but the feel is not on the level of the silicone implants.
Although silicone gel implants are new and improved, one cannot state that silicone is "perfectly safe," because that's simply untrue. In fact, any bona fide plastic surgeon will state that there are risks involved with silicone. In any event, it's up to the individual who elects to go forward with the surgery to conduct their research and determine which option is best for their body.
I did watch it. And she is a very petite woman, and her petite breasts were perfectly suited to her.
As far as saline goes, it's not just the look...it's also the feel. What risks are you speaking of? Agree that you must make your own choice.

I had it done a few years after I stopped nursing my son. I was really skinny (109 at 5"6") and had miniscule, deflated, barely A cups. I got it done and one of them stayed high up on my chest and never dropped into place. You couldn't tell in clothes but you could tell when I was naked of course. I also ended up with a really jacked up scar on that breast. I had a revision 6 months later to correct the placement. It still never dropped totally so more surgery and more money for nothing.
Then I ended up with capsular contracture in that breast and had to have another revision by another doctor. Success! Now the girls are both even. I still have the crappy scar though and will need another revision to correct this. Also capsular contracture is even more of a risk for me since I have had it once already. I have gained a bit of weight over the years (I'm now close to 130) and so my breasts look huger than ever. If I could go back in time I would have never had breast implants. My husband loves them and most people do not know I had it done because I stayed a pretty natural size but still it brings all kinds of unwanted attention. I feel like my breasts enter the room before I do!
When you are reviewing the risks and complications you always think that it won't happen to you. Well guess what? I thought that and here I am how many surgeries later... So, anyway good luck with what you decide!
