Of course. It wouldn't attract attention otherwise. I doubt most humans look great while rushing out for a quick (whatever they were out for) and not having applied makeup.
We do not all have paparazzi following us, though.

Cindy Crawford doesn't even look like herself without makeup---looks younger and entirely different facial features.
I have read many articles where Cindy has been getting botox and collagen injections and a couple other things since age 29! She still looks good, but I think it has altered her looks. Over time I think that stuff takes its toll. It's a sham because she promotes a line of skin care, which like all that stuff does NOTHING without the plastic surgeon or dermatologist.
That's not actually her without makeup, it's with special effects makeup from a recent movie that was used to to produce a scar effect. Evidently, the couldn't find a suitable picture, so they used one from a movie where she's specifically made up to look disfigured.
We can recognize most of them easily... But, there is lot of difference in their faces with makeup as compared with their real face (without makeup). I have also seen some celebrities photos without makeup in a post - http://www.stylecraze.com/articles/h...ithout-makeup/
