That actually looks nice. It's not my style though. I'm a fan of the classic look (or plain look, some people may call it I guess--my clothes are very plain). I'm still not a fan of grunge, but it looks a lot better than what I was picturing in my mind!
I want another vote button "It Depends" as in, it totally depends on who's wearing it. Some guys can look smokin' hot in it! But I love a man in shirt and tie, too. Depends.
While I put yes, I'd say not the exact "90's grunge" look. Probably a plainer look - or just the grunge influence.
I like plaid shirts, and t-shirts and jeans. I like grunge in a way just because I prefer to "dress down" and I like a relaxed look.
Someone told me when she dropped her teen daughter off at school, that look was back - the choker necklace, doc martens, and plaid looks. Yikes - I wouldn't quite want to go that far.
I just love how that link shows grunge stuff for $200 and $300!!! Sort of like that joke running around back in the 90's when JCPenny's started selling plaid shirts for like $80 and higher when Kurt Cobain (or whoever) brought on the plaid shirt craze. No one who really wears true grunge is going to pay that freakin' much money for their grunge fashion - least not back then anyway.

He looks a lot like one of my friends, TBH
In fact, I wouldn't be shocked if it is the same person. The guy who I'm talking about sports a very similar look.

I remember that. Once the "mainstream" stores took hold of the look, it was the beginning of the end. The whole context of grunge was to wear someone else's cast-off old clothes; we always found pieces at thrift stores, army surplus stores, or (worst case scenario) our father's work-clothes drawers. The only pieces that were acceptable to spend a lot of money on were the Doc Martens.
