I tried lemon juice for 2 weeks, dabbing it on various small beauty marks and scars, but nothing happened and I got discouraged. I realize I may need to do it for months but I'd like to know if it really works, or if I should use lemon essential oil instead. I tried apple cider vinegar and that burned / made my skin red so I stopped.
Just wondering if anyone else has had success with any of these remedies. It's not something I MUST do but if I go out without makeup I'd prefer to have less spots and scars visible on my face.
I think a scalpel would be considered "natural means". Consult a dermatologist. Many of these things can be cut, lasered, or frozen off right in the office.

Yes, if these are "raised" moles they can be scraped or frozen off. I have had several removed that way. Unfortunately I have not had luck with the "brown age spot" type of mark. I think it would take a chemical peel for that, and my skin is just too sensitive.

The other day I saw a vid on youtube (Dr. Berg) who said that licorice extract tincture would fade those "age spots." So I have ordered some and am going to try it!
