I bet not. Your skin might not be happy. Go to youtube and search for rice water. You use it for your skin it is simple to make. Then use some thing like Jafra at night only as it is greasy. Or the Equate version of Eucerine Lightly rub either in and give yourself a gentle little facial massage every night. It will work wonders to refresh your skin.

I'm 40 and less is better. I'm at my most polished looking with a light oil-free moisturizer, matte powder if I'm shiny, a hint of color on the cheeks, something to define my light-colored, blonde-lashed eyes...either a touch of brown liner or brown mascara, seldom both, and a sheer lip tint.

Foundation, contouring, highlighter, complex shadow effects, overdone brows, etc....all that, nah.the above is a fresher face. I'm very pale, so going totally bare is a bit wan and washed out, but the small tweaks in the top paragraph do a lot. More than that looks super artificial. I've never been a heavy makeup girl, and the feel of foundation makes my skin crawl. Major sensory aversion. I can't even do a moisturizer unless it is very light and absorbs to the point that it virtually vanishes.

I used to do a whole face but now it's just a moisturizing foundation, blush, mascara, fill in the eyebrows and lipstick. I will never go out without lipstick - it brightens my whole face. I used to do the whole eye shadow, eyeliner thing but I save that for special occasions now. If my skin tone was better I wouldn't even wear foundation.

I love make up and I love to put it on. The full treatment - foundation, powder, blush, eyes, etc.

I also love the days where I don't wear any so it just depends on my schedule.

I only used eyeliner for a very limited period of time in my life and no more - to me it takes far longer to put on and looks more unnatural than using eye shadow and mascara! So eyeliner is "maximal" to me, not minimal.

I don't wear tons of makeup but I wear foundation, powder, blush and red tinted lip gloss for my everyday wear.

I'll wear mascara if I'm going out in the evening and eye shadow once in awhile.

My mother is 70 and doesn't leave the house without a full face of makeup. She wears gobs of mascara and way too much eye shadow and black eye liner. She also wears dark maroon blush and she's super pale so it's crazy dark on her.

She would look so much better with lighter makeup but she's been doing the same makeup routine since I was a kid so I don't see her changing. It makes her feel good so I guess why not.

Powder, mascara, sometimes nude shadow, tinted lip balm. The full paint job happens once in a blue moon.

I've always kept it really simple: tinted moisturizer and tinted lip balm. Maybe some brown mascara for a special occasion. A little while back though, one day I wore some cream blush because I was looking really washed out (winter skin); my husband noticed and said that it really brightened up my whole face. So I started wearing it regularly; nothing garish, just a soft peachy color.

Light touch of my mineral makeup, a couple coats of mascara and tinted lip balm.
Sometimes I'll wear eyeliner on my top lid only, but I'm finding it doesn't really add anything to my look.

I'll give my face a break from makeup on the weekends if I'm not going anywhere. But I wouldn't go out anywhere with a bare face and no makeup. The no makeup look isn't for me.
