Good info. I use Mary Kay's yellow concealer, but I think i'm going to try something different thanks to the post. The funny thing is, I never wore concealer before and now I can't go without it.
I know - I'm the same way! Now I always use a concealer for under my eyes. I've always liked bobbie brown and MAC products but I had never tried the eye creams/concealers until this article. I've found the bobbie brown products to work really well. I also have a cosmetic store at my local outlets where I found the products for a great deal!
What about the creams and sermus and all... anyone find any work better than others? I've been pretty disappointed by most of them. I even got a SAMPLE of a LaMer $$$$$$$ product that was supposed to be IT once. I didn't want to spend $$$$$$$ unless I KNEW it was it so I convinced them to give me a sample... didn't impress me at all!
For dark circles under eye I use a concealer made by Joe Blasco. It is red neutralizer #1. This product is used by alot of professional makeup artist. I found out about it by chance. My brother had a black eye and did not want it to show up in his senior pics. So my mom took him to the beauty supply fo help. He only used it once and it worked great! I used it then after. A little goes along way. So for the price it is worth it
I've recently switched to various brands of 'minerals' and have had very positive results with dark circles and dark 'spots' on my face. Minerals seem to be a much 'lighter' makeup and feel very light on my skin.
I really like Clinique brand and my moms loves Channel which can be expensive. If you mix and match though and use the expensive stuff for what I call the problem areas it ends up being more affordable.
You can rid of dark circles entirely (not cover them up) with BELLAPLEX. You can look it up on their site and buy it for half of the cost on Ebay.
