Is a size 30 waist size over weight for 6”4 male? (guys, light)

I’m 6”4 26 year old male and was wondering what is an ideal waist size for my height and age? Is size 30 for blu jeans considered overweight?

Well, I am assuming when you say "size", you are meaning men's standards as in inches. If you mean you are a women's size 30, then yes, that is overweight if using the typical size charts.

But if it is the men's measure, then it is not nothing really, you just are not overweight. Not underweight though trending on the slim side.

Rule of thumb, health wise, is waist should be less than half your height.

I mean 30 inches for men’s size lol not women’s that would be so fat.

A 30 inch waist for a guy 6'4" is too thin. Should be a 36-38 inch waist. Need to fill out some.

That is very fat and obese. ideal waist size is between 28-32. Most Women prefer skinny guys because it’s more attractive than fat

Absolutely. Steve Reeves had a 30" waist at 6'1" and was known for a phenomenally small midsection with underdeveloped abs. Look him up if you want to see someone with that size waist who is not super skinny.
