For neck, chest, arms and elbows I use Cerave Moisturizing Cream. For my legs I use Aveeno Skin Relief Moisturizing. Both of these work great and my skin never feels dry or irritated.
Thank you! Got the CeraVe on my list already & the exact Aveeno one is the one I have samples of now & I do like it!

I have other lotions and oils I use as well, but they are expensive, and probably not of interest to OP.
Thank you! Well, you never know, go ahead & post the pricier ones if you care to!
Actually, you looking for creamy or gel-based lotion? Make sure what is required for your skin condition to treat it properly. I have an idea to suggest, why don't you go with body butter or body yogurt that locks the moisture in skin for longtime.
I tend to like lighter, airier moisturizers, so the key words of what I seem to like may say, "gel", "whipped", "sheer hydration", etc. I don't like body butters (too thick) unless they've gotten lighter over the years. And this is for no specific skin condition. Sure, my skin may get drier in the colder months like most people, but I mean I don't have a specific condition like eczema or psoriasis, etc. So if the lotion is of good quality & of most/all the characteristics I'm looking for, it should be good.
I use the clear/unscented 'Fruit Of The Earth' aloe vera gel as a body lotion. Sometimes I'll mix it w/ an oil (grapeseed, coconut..), but even on its own it's great after showering.
The CeraVe brand is nice, I just started using the facial PM moisturizer and love it.
Thanks so far again guys! I'll check out the lastest posts since my last post.
Oh, I can't believe I forgot to add this in my OP: If any of you know of a good, red rooibos-scented lotion, please let me know. It's a really pleasant scent! Josie Maran used to carry that scent w/ her whipped argan oil body butter. The scent was divine. I don't know why she called it body, "butter" though. It was much lighter than what body butters usually are, which is probably why she also put the word, "whipped" in there (to portray airiness). But, her products didn't really have the moisturizing staying power.
I really like Nivea Nourishing Skin Firming body lotion, for dry to very dry skin. I don't know about its claim 'firmer skin in as little as 2 weeks", but it's moisturizing & soothing and not greasy. A big bottle lasts awhile.
Yes I stumbled on the Nivea Vanilla and Almond thinking that it would be greasy but it's not. I started using it after I used it at a friend's house. Been using it for about 4 yrs now. I'm usually fickle about lotions but I've stuck with this one.
