I used to buy cheap pocket tees like Hanes or Fruit of the Loom for $10-12, less on sale, but then I discovered Duluth Trading (longtail relaxed fit). Now I only buy them and they last so much longer that it's worth the higher price, about $25 normally but will go on sale for as little as $14.99. For custom, I used Customink.com when I had a business and needed graphics done on shirts and hats, cheaper than Amazon or Target in large quantities.

Thanks when sale Duluth Trading will started . For custom there were few names in my mind like :
Garment Printing: I recently checked their new options at https://garmentprinting.com.au/, but they only ship within Australia. The second option is TshirtPlus, Customink, and Brokenarrowwear, which also have some unique options on their website (https://www.brokenarrowwear.com/blog...stom-t-shirts/). The fourth option is Undergroundshirts. Out of the above choices, Tshirtplus and Garment Printing are not on my list. Now, I am further deciding between the last three options.
Reasonably priced while being decent quality. From what I understand you don't want to break the bank, so I thought this would be a good option for you.
Cheap, $6-7 on Amazon, good enough. I used to do Uniqlo Supina. They're nicer shirts but Uniqlo is way too fad oriented so the cut radical differs. I'm usually between a M/L, M with the fairly boxy cut on Gildan, and even the XL Uniqlos were too tight in the chest and arms. Everlane is often on sale, I have to size up and they're too long.
Buck Mason and Taylor Stitch for nicer shirts. Get them on sale, they're t-shirts and not worth $50. It's worth having a few nicer t-shirts for casual going out in... but mostly t-shirts should be stuff you can do chores in, change the oil, mow the lawn, cook and get stains and generally not worry about. I can't do that in $50 t-shirts or bother trying to pay attention to when they go on sale.
I get a stack of pocket tshirts from Target. They are on sale this weekend for $12. I work from home so they are perfect for me. I get them all the same color so I don't even have to think about it in the morning.
