What shoes do you think would look good with this dress? I need to be able to walk comfortably. Thank you!

It looks kind of casual, so you could do a low white sneaker or sandals in really any color, since blue and white is neutral, IMO.

No specific event. I want to wear this dress for things like: going on a boat tour, walking around cute downtowns going into shops, going out to restaurants.

Pretty much any flat shoe will do for those activities.

OK something like a Keds type sneaker is one option I've been considering. I found one that's mostly white with some minimal navy blue so that could work well. But I'd also like to get a non-sneaker option as well. I have a couple pairs of red sandals but feel like they don't quite go with this dress. One pair is just too "natural" of a style and it (to me) clashes slightly with the more classic style of the dress. The other pair is more classic but they look (and are) cheap and have a somewhat ugly gold colored metal thing on them. The buttons on the dress are silver, not sure how much that matters (mixing metals between the dress and shoes.) Thanks!

I mean, if men can wear tan shoes with black pants, in a professional setting no less, then certainly no one has any business caring if you mix metals between your dress buttons and shoe buckles...

I was expecting a picture of a gown or cocktail dress.

Seriously, though, just wear the red sandals.

Light, summerly shoes like: sandals, white canvas shoes, espadrilles, mules, sneakers, flats, slides, even flip flops (but I hate flip flops).
