[quote=HEATHER72;7035792 The scariest thing I've seen in the mirror so far is a grey eyebrow hair. [/quote]
I agree, the gray eyebrow is so darn scary! I have two that I pluck. I love the mag mirror, it's great for plucking eyebrows. I have had one for years!
wow, trying to post and holding teething, 7month old does not work, then again no sleep does not help the brain either. I am a mess oh well, to have the time to pluck my eyebrow now that would be a treat.Till then mirrios of any kind are banned

Everyone I know over 50 has one!
Two? I would be thrilled with just two. I am 37 and my normally heavy dark eyebrows have been coming in stark white for the last couple of years. I can't stand those little white suckers.
Ever since I got a 6x "glass" mirror [plastic isn't clear enough] I've been hooked! With stage type lights on each side of the magnifying mirror, at least I leave the house without any serious makeup mistakes, lol !
[Didn't like the typical ones with embedded lighting in the mirror].
I wear bifocal contacts but I still use a magnifying mirror - when you are older 40 even if you have your vision corrected you still need help. You all will find out when you get old.
After 40 you will notice little hairs on your chin - I try not to go overboard plucking them. Yes - magnification can be depressing.
I guess it is all these blanket generalizations I am objecting to.... that every single woman over 40 deals with this.
I am 53, extreme myopia, presbyopia, no chin hair, no clogged pores. And I know many others like me.
I guess I will just count my lucky stars that I do not have those issues!
I got my mom one of these as a present when I was younger thinking everyone loves them....well...she was depressed that week...lol
And I laugh because she got extremely upset and she is a wench...But...thats another forum and another story..I was really trying to be nice because she always complained about not being able to see. What REALLY ticks me off is that she didn't use it after awhile because it "showed too much". I wanted to take it because it was vintage pink plastic that I rewired all the bulbs for. It was so neat and made of glass mirror without any double vision. I should of just taken back. Ungrateful wench depressed that she isn't 18 anymore...god..get over it.
My gram had skin like yours pitt chick. In her last days the only skin issues she had was a set of laugh lines and some red veins around the nose. Thats excellent for 84!
So, was the consensus that OTHER people can't see with their naked eye....what we see when we look into a magnified lighted mirror? Ever since this post was started, it is all I think of while I put on my makeup every morning.
