Hmmm... Every decade had styles I like, some that I don't. I particularly love Grace Kelly and Audrey Hepburn dresses! Oh those sleeveless dresses with full skirts! I love the young Princess Di laced-up and puffed blouses, and the denim mini-skirts of the 80s, the leggins and loose shirts... For the princess eras, I like Aurora's bec it changes color but I love Cinderella's glassy blue gown best!

I love the free flowing Art Nouveau and Art Deco styles. The jewelry and head pieces are wonderful..
I also like the glamour of the Thirties, and the wearablity of the more casual clothes.
I grew up in the 50's and 60's--did not like the girdles and garter belts not to mention having to wear gloves almost everywhere, except school. The styles did however let women have hips. Shorts and peddle pushers were fine--but the swim cap was a pain. The evening gowns were beautiful--but I think the ones from the 30's were better.
I would still dress like way guys dressed then if the clothes were still in style. But I do have some short sleeved collared dress shirts that would have been worn during that era.
i'm obsessed with vintage and 50s stuff & I liked it before it started to become the 'rockabilly fad' it is today. I just think that style and the fabrics were so simple and non fussy.
