I've had professioanl laser hair removal done before and I was looking for a cheaper and more practical way to get rid of hair permanently on my own time - I discovered TRIA Beauty and the reviews seem really good, has anyone tried this method or can recommend something similar that they've actually used? I can't stand shaving/waxing and really liked the results I got with laser - but I'd really rather not have to go to the doctor and pay thousands of dollars more than what I've already paid, this system is a little pricey at $600 but I paid over $1000 just for my bikini line so it's really like saving money in the end. Any ideas???

Go to QVC.com and check out the reviews on Tria. They are mixed but there are many positive reviews.

Wow, I didn't know about this product. Do you think it's safe? I mean, probably there is a reason to have laser done with professionals... or not?

I must say I'm tempted to give it a try.

My girlfriend had great success with one of those small laser kits costing well under $50. Sorry, I don't remember the price, but it was inexpensive. She did well with it she said. Did her mustache and then started on her underarms.

Hm, if a woman is really hairy like a man, she has problems with her hormone levels, which should be taken care of by a physician.
A little body hair, so what. I live in Portugal, like in a lot of southern countries a lot of women here have that soft body hair at some parts of their bodies, who cares... A cute woman is cute with or without. Shaving is one big business. The media and the companies behind them have planted the idea in our heads that a woman has to be slender and without any hair in order to be considered attractive.

Well as a male, I've often thought about lazer removal on the face...I get tired of shaving...and hair on the face makes you look older and makes your skin rough...

Some of us actually find it more comfortable, rather than worrying about whether or not it's attractive.
