The grass is always greener on the other side. My entire life I always wanted "normal/average" sized boobs and envied the girls who had them. I've been an F before they were even HAD a size F! And WAY before gals started having surgery to get up to my size. I have missed out on enjoying summer in a truly free way since I always want to make sure I am covered up "properly". Ah, for the feeling of wearing a button-down shirt or - gasp - spaghetti straps!
And while we're on the subject - "Hey Guys - making lewd comments or gawking does not make me feel special. It makes me want to shrink into the background. Seriously - I do what I can not to draw attention to them. I do NOT need some insensitive jerk flashing the spotlight on me."
You bigger gals need to remember the Russian proverb that "Quantity has a quality of it's own". Be proud of your body, big or small, some time at the gym will help with "perkiness" or at least it seemed to help some of the bigger ladies I have dated. Or they said it did anyway. But the same way that really tall guys or linebacker-sized guys attract ladies who, D'oh, like tall or big guys, you bigger gals are going to naturally get more attention from guys who like bigger gals. Yeah, you are going to get some "frat boy" gawking, but, if you rebuff the guys who are attracted to the way you are built, well, you are reducing your dating pool for, really, no good reason.
At least to me the most important thing is that a girl is proud of her "girls" and stands up straight, with good overall posture, this is much more important than what size she is.
Yeah it's kinda hard to stand tall and have good posture, when you have twin 8-pound bowling balls permanently strapped to your chest. It's also hard for the skin to retain its elasticity when those 8 pounds keep tugging it downward. EVENTUALLY..the elasticity will give. Kinda like one of those big heaping he-man big-crotched boys wearing a jock-strap 24/7. Eventually, that puppy's gonna bust out. Except with breasts, there's no place for our bowling balls to bust out OF, so it just pulls and pulls and pulls until they hover over our bellybuttons when we get out of the shower.

I'm so glad I don't have huge boogs. I can't imagine going through life with back pains or any other ailments. Plus, I've never been big on showing off my 'assets' up top, so it would be pointless to me.
I don't like the huge boob look that a lot of celebrities are going for. Huge plastic boobs and real thin waists. I have C size boobs but I want them smaller
Low self-esteem big boobs are considered beautiful. Mines are big and i have slight back pains sometimes. And you have to shop online to find bras that fit. They are a hassle. I would say that most women want to be a C or a D.
