Nita already mentioned The Egg and I, and also The Buttered Biscuit. The Stone Mill Cafe does breakfast. Cracker Barrel. The Main Bite (food truck). If you have Village Inn on the list you might as well include IHOP and Denny's. IDK? evidently serves breakfast, though I've never tried it. The Station Cafe on the square serves breakfast, not a great breakfast, but I've eaten there before jury duty and before court.

There's Waffle Hut, Lucy's Diner and Wesner's Grill in Rogers. All serve decent breakfasts.
