John, you probably did read it right as often they are fairly large, but they still are a great deal and something different from the basic hotel or even B&B

Thanks I like the Inm from what I've read. Anyone familiar with the hotel connected with Chrystal bridges? It's price but highly rated too. My wife has several chronic conditions that result in her needing more sound sleep and down time in the hotel. I didn't think to mention this earlier. I saw a Pratt house rated highly too. Comfort and ice setting are more important than location to be honest.

I met the owner of this place once. I've no idea what the inn is like, but my wife wanted to have guests stay there since it's near our house

The Inn is under new ownership and the restaurant there, James at the Mill, just closed. It was a big part of the experience of staying at the Inn, hard to imagine the closing won't have a negative impact, at least temporarily.
Word is the space occupied by the restaurant will be converted to suites. Until everything shakes out, I'd hesitate to recommend it.

That's because they were sorted by "distance from downtown". If you change the sorting to "price: low to high" or "bedrooms: fewest to most" you will find some smaller ones, but they will be further out.
