Is there any good campgrounds or areas near Sedona for an RV ? I don't mind dry camping

There are lots of campgrounds in the area, and also national forest areas where you can boondock. Sedona has a few commercial campgrounds, then there are a couple in Cottonwood, Cornville, and Page Springs. Lots of options depending on how much you want to pay and where you want to be. Dead Horse Ranch State Park is really nice, near Cottonwood.

Dead Horse is IN Cottonwood, just down the street from me. I haven't been down there in a long time though. Used to ride horses out through there nearly every day.

Cave Springs CG has RV sites, is right on Oak Creek, and is in a beautiful setting.
