I THINK I DON'T MIND SO MUCH LIVING IN SOUTH FLORIDA. IT WAS PRETTY NICE TODAY. BUT WE HAVE A TROPICAL STORM TO LOOK OUT FOR. MAYBE THAT'S WHY THE WIND AND COOLER AIR WAS PRESENT TODAY. I'M GOING ON VACATION SOON I GUESS I'LL HAVE TO BOARD UP BEFORE WE GO. HOpe THE HOUSE IS STILL STANDING WHEN WE COME BACK. BUT OF COURSE THE NEWS HAS TO TRUMP UP THE ALARM (ARE YOU READY FOR A HURRICANE) SUCH PROPIGANDA. I'VE LIVED HERE FOR 50 YEARS AND NOT UNTIL THE PAST 10 YEARS THE "HURRICANE ALARM GOES OFF" Come on we all know this is an alarm for selling more products to the locals. I'm not making lightly of the storms that may approach but the media goes into a freenzy. Just prepare and stock up on essential supplies.

I break out in heat hives. I was up north for a month when it hit 102 degrees. Got them there too. Reminder to self; go north when it is WINTER and cold.

The fishing can be good off the bridge and you dont have to walk more than 50ft to get liquid refreshment and another pack of frozen shrimp.

It was a great day. I thought it was going to rain all day. I really was looking forward to it to cool things off. Yesterday you really could tell something was brewing out there off shore. Even if you didn't watch the news you could just feel it. Lots of wind. I think I'll fly my kite tomorrow if it doesn't rain and relax.
