I laugh at those lists - they're whacked. There is a town on there that my husband thinks is the worst in the state - Kokomo.

Seems like it's in vogue these days to come up with the "best" lists and see if the sheeple buy into it.

The funny thing is that noplace in Florida seems to break the 3X income median home barrier. Even expensive New York state has some inexpensive areas, while Florida lately has none. Any more evidence needed that Florida is going to have a RE crash?
