Florida's Unemployment Compensation process is broken.

Its lack of feedback is unreasonable. It takes unreasonable amount of effort to status a claim and to gain understanding of what steps a claimaint needs to take.

The sytem fails to provide sufficient automated or agency intitiated feedback to the people that they service. When my claim was disqualified, understandably due to a Workers Comp benefit, I received no emails, no postal service mails, and no phone calls. The hotline fails to provide suffcient feedback either automated or in the form of suffciently educated and caring service agents. The website fails to provide any feedback. I can't lookup to see any dates reported or next claim-weeks date online. Nothing online informed me that my claim was is a disqualified state. Only a useless message "You have no weeks to claim" prompted me to call their hotline.

I took 4 calls, across serveral weeks, speaking to different service agents before I was informed that I needed to take steps to remove a disqualification. My claim is still in adjucation. I have yet to receive one payment from UC.
