We've been looking at apartments in the Lake/Marion Co. areas, too. I thought Blueberry Hill in Lake Co. looked like a nice apartment. I saw it on rent.com. Wish I could give you first hand info about the apartment you're looking at or others, but we won't know about them until we get there in a few months.

Far as I know that is a decent area. Close to the mall and shopping. It is very close to Lake Sumter Community College. The units look nice from Hwy 44.
