Hello,
We are looking to relocate to Fl. more specific the Spring Hill area, there is a division called Barony Woods, can anyone please inform us as to what kind of area this is.

Thats not a bad part of Spring Hill. It's still in pretty good shape. Theres some older houses and some newer ones in there. It's relitivley close to the Parkway to get you down to Tampa. Spring Hillian could probablly help you out. I believe thats his end of town.

Ive never been within the subdivision, but it is basically in the middle of Spring Hill. I would do a
look over on Google Earth or in person to determine if it is for you.
