Hi,

I've posted in Florida local forums to get more info about a couple of large 55+ condo complexes in Florida that have homes in the lower prices ranges (Century Village, Kings Point Delray Beach, Kings Point Sun City Center).

I'm posting here in case there are any smaller communities (or large ones I haven't heard of) that are not yet on my radar that I should be considering (in Florida). Looking for the usual things people hope for--good association in good financial shape and keeping things up reasonably well, nice residents, peaceful, low crime.

Would also consider a mobile home in a nice 55+ resident-owned community.

If you live in (or know of) somewhere great, please post or direct message me.

Thanks!

And happy holidays to everyone!

The Glen in Beverly Hills (Citrus County) is a nice option. It's a 55+ community in an uncrowded area with villa homes versus apartments, for the same price.
