There are a lot of threads about skylines, but I don't think there are any with Florida's largest cities as options. Some of them have Miami and Tampa, but I think that's about it. Anyway, out of curiosity, I wanted to see what people though was the most beautiful skyline in Florida. The Florida cities don't have as many tall buildings as a lot of other cities, I'm assuming that's why they aren't included in these threads, but they are still beautiful. I don't think that a city has to have the most skyscrapers to have a beautiful skyline.

I think Jacksonville has the most beautiful skyline. Again, it definitely doesn't have the most skyscrapers, but I think it's gorgeous, especially at night! Jacksonville is lite up blue at night, with the bridges, fountains and the Landing it adds some orange, purple, green, pink, etc, and I love the way it all reflects off of the St. Johns river!

So, out of Florida's four largest cities, which one do you think has the most beautiful skyline?

Some pictures of the cities, in order of population, largest to smallest..

Jacksonville, FL

Miami, FL

Tampa, FL

Orlando, FL

You know, I was just thinking, I really should have put an "other" option. Jacksonville, Miami, Tampa and Orlando are four of the largest cities in Florida. Well, Jacksonville, Miami, Tampa and St. Petersburg are the top 4, and Orlando is 5th, but I think that those are the four cities in Florida with the most to their skyline. There are other cities that have pretty decent skylines though and I think everyone has their own opinions on what exactly makes a skyline beautiful. If anyone thinks another Florida city has the most beautiful skyline, sorry I didn't post an "other" option, but I would love to hear your opinion!

I'm going to vote for Jax too, mainly because of the blue lights !

I absolutely love the blue light theme in downtown Jax and I don't know of any other Florida city that has this light effect. You can see a bit of it in the pics posted, but to experience the blue neon alongside your car as you drive over the bridge is quite cool !

St. Petersburg, not in the voting, has a beautiful skyline from the water- though with two new condos going up (which will look amazing) cranes are in the picture.

It's strange seeing like 8 buildings in a skyline. Almost all cities have baby skylines compared to NY :-)

i voted for jax. all look good in the pictures though. jax just always has construction going on and it takes away from it a bit. imo.
