for one the hospitals at least in Broward county have free parking. In north New Jersey you have to pay and it's not cheap, maybe like $20 for a few hours.

also one time in NJ I had to get a police report for an auto accident and this was 10 years ago and it cost about $10. Today I had to get one from the police department in Fort Lauderdale and the 3 pages cost me 35 cents.

Then I went to the Sheriffs office to get a criminal background check on myself to show potential new landlords and I was hoping it was only going to be $10 or less. It was only 15 cents, but I paid the extra dollar to have a stamped seal. And yes it showed that I have never been arrested.

One thing that's cheaper here - comments from NY retirees complaining that Florida is more expensive than NY.

There is also no charge to park at most, if not all of the beaches in Martin County, FL (where I live). When I lived in Savannah, GA we had to pay several dollars per hour, and heaven help you if you run out of change for the meter, because no business was willing to make change.

That's awesome, oh and that's another thing, most beaches in NJ are not free, the only ones I know that are free are in Atlantic City and Wildwood.

Speaking of beach parking, free for county residents in FL, I had to pay for a yearly parking pass in NY.

Tax bill. Income tax $0, property and sales tax rates lower than what you'll find in the northeast or tx

Rock shrimp, royal red shrimp and stone crab claws spring to mind as cheaper, the first two not available at any price most anywhere else. And then citrus fruits and berries. I get an annual parking pass for $10 that allows me to park at any meter without having to feed it.
