The cats will keep all kinds of rodents away.
There is a bright side to having at least 1 or 2 around...
There's a reason they dumped thousands of them down here in the 20s.

Yeah... But they tend to get along with raccoons...

I talked to the neighboor, he is trying to find them a new home, then I tried the Humane Society they said to trap the cats myself and bring them in!! I don't hate the cats I just want them to stop pooping in my yard. Any suggestions? Seriously now I can't kill them ...thanks
There should be some products that are motion activated that send off a loud siren and flashes lights. I saw it on the show "My Cat From Hell" he used it for one of the episodes to fend off feral cats. You could try googling it. It worked for them.

ADD: Actually thinking about it though. You should probably catch the cats because kittens are usually easy to find new parents, and also they will all be spayed/neutered. Cats can have literally thousands of kittens in a lifetime, so that's a lot of empty lives. I'm a huge animal lover and I think that would be the best choice to prevent future suffering and to help the cats. I'm sure there are some no-kill shelters in your area.

I wouldn't mind cats litter in my backyard. I will just clean their litter and consider that as charity.

Chicken wire...lay it wherever there is dirt. Not cheap either...I had big areas.
No more problem.
