Ours in NNY have been going up unbelievably fast. 2 weeks ago, we were at $2.39 - $2.53. Today, I saw the most expensive place was all the way up to $2.74.

Don't count on it. I expect gas prices to go over 3.00 a gallon this summer. Face it, out money is losing value at a rapid rate.

I agree with your comment, $3.00 by summer. This will have some negative effect in the summer months, maybe less tourist in central/south Florida?

It sounds like our gas prices are quite comparable. We're at about 2.50 for regular unleaded, too. It's pretty high all over the nation.

We have the same situation, my wife drives a 325I BMW and we also use premium.

Not at this time of the year...our gas jumped from 2.19 to 2.49 in 24hours on Friday....not pleasant
