I think it is a good idea. You hate getting off a toll road then having to drive looking for a restaurant. Turnpikes are often not right in town and you waste an hour just looking for a place to sit down and have a decent meal. I think a lot of families traveling will like the idea of something better then sandwiches out of a machine. I have to tell you, I have had some pretty good breakfasts at rest plazas. really nice to just pull in and sit down to something you can actually eat. Not usually over priced either.
