Lemon stuff... I wont call it lemonade because even with the lemon tree I have not quite figured out how to make it taste so good..

Go figure from a person that makes a perfect lemon curd???

Sparkling ICE orange mango water with vitamins and no sugar....has anyone else tried it? The only place I have seen it is in my Publix in the water section, and it is FANTASTIC!!! !http://www.sparklingice.com/ Opps... it is at Winn Dixie, too as I just really looked at their site! Whoot!

I was having some sinus pressure so I made my tomato tea and feel completely better.

1 Cup Tomato Juice
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1 clove of garlic; minced
1/2 - 1 tsp hot sauce
celery salt to taste (optional)

Heat and drink. Immediate relief for congestion and sinus pressure.
