I had the best grilled cheese I have ever eaten in a long time. I work in a school cafeteria and for the staff and teachers they made grilled cheese on rye with tomato and the bread was slatherd in butter on both sides then baked in the oven. It was crispy, greasy and pure heavan .
Mix my leftover salad greens (cuk, romaine, onions, radish "home grown & first picked of the season by DD") with dashi & chicken stock... made soup for noodles.
Topped w/ fried vietnamese pork roll & a fried egg.
