I don't know. Maybe I'll stay in out of the cold too and finish off some Tyson chicken nuggets.

I met some friends for lunch at Chili's. I had a lunch combo which had baked potato soup and bacon ranch chicken quesadillas. I had to take the leftover home since the soup really filled me up!

Today's school lunch menu (Tuesday) is salisbury steak, mashed potatoes, gravy, steamed corn, and school made dinner rolls.

I love salisbury steak but unfortunately in our schools we don't serve that, alot of the meats are chicken and ground turkey and occasionally a beef hamburger patty. No homemade rolls either we get the rolls delivered.

Made Dh roast beef w/ sauted onion top w/ cheese on openface sandwich w/ mustard.

Made me a bowl of taiwanese brand shandong noodles w/ seaweed, top w/ deli roast beef & a fried egg w/ japanese & chinese fusion sauce (hoisin, dashi, mirin, s&p, sarachi).

I don't quite like sandwiches while DH usually prefer the mundane food not too much asian.
