Wednesday's main line school lunch was country fried steak, gravy, mashed potatoes, steamed carrots, school made dinner rolls, and fruit. I also made a big batch of brocolli salad for the ala carte area, and had some of that. We're trying to push raw veggies (this week it's raw brocolli florets). We've been offering it on the line with ranch dip - some kids eat it, most do not. We'll see how they like the salad.
