Almost the same lunch as yesterday (homemade pasta fagioli soup), but this time I also have half a turkey sandwich on a croissant and orange slices to accompany it. Still drinking iced tea to wash it all down.

Leftover chicken breast wrapped in bacon, baked in oven with tomatoe slices / onion rings / creamy sauce. Spaetzle as a side.

Protein smoothie and fresh spinach salad topped w/red onions, red beans, shredded cheese (1/4 cup), turkey bacon, raisins, lite avocado ranch dressing.
