Hi. Just wanted to try. For today's lunch I had Cajun dirty rice (2 tbsp). broccoli with a tsp of cheese sauce, roughly a half cup of broccoli, a half cup of green beans and a small bowl of fruit. No bread, no potatoes, no meat. Unsweeted ice tea to drink and that was it!
