Leftover enchilada that Hubby made. They were great, but TOO much for me. I was stuffed eating 1/2 of it.
The Rotts had a couple little bites, actually just the beef & cheese & I tossed the rest of it.
Hubby will never know I tossed the other 1/2 right ??? right ???

Like nan, I'm on a new eating plan More specifically, no snacks.

I had a bunch of broccoli so I made a light cream of broccoli soup with a little cheddar cheese. Not bad but I had to add a lot of salt
